What is coworking?
Coworking is a flexible workspace solution that fosters a shared, professional community for individuals and teams. Memberships range from private office spaces to open coworking areas, all built on the foundation of shared resources and even collaboration. Unlike traditional office buildings—where isolation is common, amenities are limited or costly, and community may be out of focus—coworking spaces provide a dynamic, community-driven environment. Members enjoy access to meeting rooms, networking events, refreshments, and other essential services, creating a workspace designed for both productivity and connection.
What types of memberships do you offer?
We offer private offices, dedicated desks, and coworking memberships.
What are your hours of operation?
Members with private offices and dedicated desks have 24/7 access. Coworking members can access the space during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM).
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
We offer month-to-month memberships for coworking and dedicated desks. Private offices require a one-year lease.
Amenities & Services
What amenities are included in my membership?
All memberships include high-speed internet, unlimited coffee, tea, and snacks, printer access, phone booths, and access to community events and workshops.
Do you have meeting rooms?
Yes! We offer conference rooms, a small meeting space, and a private Zoom room for video calls and small group discussions. Meeting rooms must be reserved to use, and can be reserved by both members and non-members. Private Office and Dedicated Desk members have monthly meeting room hours built into their memberships.
Is parking available?
As a downtown location, we offer two paid parking options. Private Office members can add onsite parking pass for $100 (24/7 parking availability), while Dedicated Desk and Coworking members can choose to add parking nearby for $50 ( M-F 6am-6pm, Saturdays 6am-12noon). We are also close to plenty of public lots and street parking options as well.
Do you have staff onsite?
Our Community Manager works onsite Monday- Friday between 8am-5pm. They are here to support you as much as possible, but please understand that they may not always be immediately available. However, they are happy to assist you whenever they can and will do their best to respond promptly!
Can I receive mail at the coworking space?
Yes! We will soon offer virtual mail services, allowing members to use our address for business mail. We securely store your mail for convenient pickup during business hours.
Work Environment & Community
Will I have a dedicated desk, or is seating first-come, first-served?
Our “Hot Desks” are available for Premium Coworking members, and are flex spaces, which means that they are first come, first serve and do not belong to any one member in particular.
Our Dedicated Desks are available to rent as one’s own on a monthly basis, and will be a dedicated workspace belonging to you. In this type of space, you can utilize secure storage, leave personal items on the desk, and enjoy returning to the same desk each day.
Is the coworking space noisy?
In our space, we kindly ask members to maintain a low and respectful volume to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone. For calls or Zoom meetings, we have three phone booths available, where you can speak at a higher volume without disturbing others. If you're listening to music or podcasts in the open areas, please be sure to use headphones to keep the noise level down for those around you. Do you host networking events?
We plan to start hosting regular networking events soon! Stay tuned!
Can I book hourly coworking time?
While we unfortunately don’t have hourly coworking bookings, we do offer day passes at $35/day. You can also book hourly meeting space in our Zoom Room and Conference Rooms.
